Reservation Policies
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION CHARGES
The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 30% of the total rent amount.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- no penalties and free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival date;
-100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 30 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
